Lawrence Irany Great Relay Race

NEW AS OF 2025:  

• Only 21 teams accepted. 

• Please register your team in advance and pay via e-transfer to lakelouisa.llsc@gmail.com UPON REGISTRATION using the link below.

• The Team Captain is responsible for paying the fee for the entire team & the entire team should sign the waiver (& you can pick your team number!)- at the Trivia Night Friday, July 25, 2025. 

• You have the option to buy a Lawrence Irany Great Relay Race t-shirts & vinyl stickers on site! Limited quantities & 100% of all proceeds go to the club.

• Don't forget to read the Race Rules & Regulations (includes map of route) - each member of your team will need to read the Rules & Regulations and sign the form in-person BEFORE the race (either Friday night or the morning of the race). Members under 18 will need their parents’ signature. 

• Morning of the event: Registration is 8 am!! Bikers need to be at the clubhouse for 9am (race starts promptly at 10), runners should be at the start point by 9:30, swimmers need to get to Hope Island (there will be a boat at the Club after the bikers leave to bring them to Hope Island – around 10:30). 

• Kayaker/Canoer – remember you MUST have property safety items, and it is YOUR responsibility to get your items and yourself to your start points. (Canoe: Beth & Bill Christie's at the end of Chemin Baie Noir, #3325 & Kayaks is at Birches, 325 Lake Louisa North)

• Day of the event all team captains will be given 6 tickets for their team BBQ lunch (hot dog, chips, veggies/drink). Anyone without a ticket is able to buy lunch ($).

• Participants must be 10 years of age and older to take part in the race.

• Participants under 14 years of age must have parental supervision during their participation in the race.

• Participants under 18 need a parent’s signature on the waiver.
